Simple evening snack for kids, Bread is not so healthy for anytime consumption, still once a month would be fine.
Take sandwich bread and cut the edges.
once the edges are cut with the roller roll the bread. (Make sure you do it smoothly)
- Prepare any desired filling of your choice, I have used corn, onion rings, capsicum, (finely chopped) cheese, pepper powder, pasta seasoning, and salt. Place the filling in-between the rolled bread
- Wet your finger with water apply it gently all the four sides and close it.
- Shallow fry pockets using butter.
