Cucumber Salad or Tambuli

Servings- 3
Preparation time- 10 minutes
Ingredients-
Cucumber- 1 medium sized
Coconut grated- 2 tablespoon
Green chillies- 2
Peppercorns- 4
Salt to taste
Method-
Peel the cucumber and cut it into small blocks or grate it. Grind the coconut, chillies and peppercorns. Finally, mix the mixture with the cucumbers and add salt to taste.
Serve as a side or as a salad.
