Carrot Fried










Sometimes snack time leaves us so confused what to make,  I found this recipe really handy.

For 3 servings take 4 to five carrots. Cut it as we cut it for finger chips,  take cornflour of about 1 tablespoon and salt sprinkle on the carrots and mix it.

Then deep fry the carrots and serve hot.
