Mango dipped in spicy gravy


Mango is all time favorite of mine or anyone, seen very less people who say I don't like mango., this recipe is an Konkani recipe......my friend Sunitha who got this Ambya Sasam......after tasting this I could not resist of preparing it by myself.

It is a very simple dish, which can be side dish for lunch or also can have in the evening.....

Required is 2 ripe mangos for 3 servings. After  peeling the skin make slice of mango and keep it aside.

For the Gravy, 

4 to 5 red chillies or according to the spice you like.
1/2 table spoon urad dal fried.
1/2 tablespoon mustard seeds.
Grated coconut about 100 gms.
salt to taste.

Grind all and add it to the sliced  mango bowl.
Temper with mustard and curry leaves.
