We all wonder what to give our kids as snacks or as breakfast break,
here is a simple recipe.
I never thought it would turnout so tasty and will be liked by
my daughter.
Here it goes, take two raw bananas and peel the skin cut into thin slices either
round or cut it straight..and soak it in the water.
Marinate it with the powdered fried gram say about 3 tablespoon,
I have added Nigar seeds (uchellu) powder, you can also add
uchellu chutney powder.
Salt to taste and mix the powder.
Dip slices of banana into it and shallow fry on the pan
with a bit of ghee.
Serve hot to kids for the evening.
