Nigar seeds powder

This is one of my favorite powder with the mix of light spices, we can use this powder with rice, roties, and upma.   
we can also store this for a month and above.


Ingredients:
2 glasses ----(200 gms) of Nigar seeds, fried. Fry the nigar seeds till it splutters)
1/4 glass of ground nut fried and powdered
1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
Pinch of hing.
I use Asafoetida one can also use garlic (replace it with to 7 cloves of garlic)
Either use red chilles about a glass or 100 gms fried and keep it aside
or use red chilli powder of 100gms or according to the spice required.
Salt to taste. Say about half teaspoon. Taste it and one can add more salt if it is required.


To make the powder mix all the above ingredients and grind it to fine powder and store it in a dry container. 

Enjoy with many things.
