Moong Dosa




Ingredients :

100 gms whole moong dal
100 gms rice
1 tea spoon of methi seeds 
25 gms of Poha 
Soak alll the above ingredients for 5 to 6  hours and grind it.
Leave it overnight for fermentation
Make dosa for tiffen box and pack it in the foil it will remain crispy for 4 hrs.
