Ingredients:
2 cups of cooked rice
1/2 cup of besan
2-3 green chillies, chopped.
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tbsp of chopped ginger
1 tbsp of chopped fresh coriander leaves
1 tbsp of chaat masala
Salt to taste.
Oil for deep frying.
Method:
Mix all the ingredients except oil. Add 1/4 cup of water to make a thick batter.
Heat sufficient oil in a kadai to a moderate heat.
Spoon batter with a tbsp into hot oil and deep fry till light golden brown.
Remove the exess oil and fry again in very hot oil.
